UV - Low Pressure Discharge Lamps

Characteristics:

UV lamps (Low Pressure Mercury Lamps) emit major part of their radiated energy at 253,7 nm - the resonance line of mercury.

Applications:

Besides drinking and sewage water disinfection these UV-C lamps are used to disinfect surface and air, for EPROM- deletion, testing of UV-resistance of materials, for generation of ozone, wavelength calibration of special measurement systems and for various photochemical (neutralizing of toxic liquids) and photobiological processes.
