Use of Google Analytics and Cookies

Data protection

Insofar as it is possible to enter personal or business details (email addresses, names, addresses) within the internet offering, these details are disclosed by the user on an expressly voluntary basis.

Cookies

Among other things, our website uses so-called cookies, which are used to make our overall internet presence more user-friendly, effective and securer – including when the aim is to accelerate navigation on our platform. Cookies also enable us to measure, for example, the frequency of page views and the general navigation. Cookies are small text files, which are stored on your computer system.

We would like to point out that several of these cookies are copied from our server into your computer system: these are mostly so-called session cookies. Session cookies are characterised by the fact that they are deleted from your hard drive automatically after the end of a browser session. Other cookies remain in your computer system and enable us to recognise your computer system when you next visit  our side (so-called permanent cookies). You can naturally reject cookies at any time, provided your browser allows you to do so.

Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files, which are stored on your computer, and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information about your use of this website generated by the cookie is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA where it is saved. In case of activation of IP de-personalisation on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Treaty on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website, to analyse your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide the website operator with other services associated with website use and internet use. The IP address transferred from your browser by Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

You can prevent the saving of cookies by making a corresponding setting in your browser software; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full. You can also prevent the collection and transfer to Google of the details generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) and the processing of these details by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: [http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en].

We would like to point out that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()" and therefore IP addresses are only processed in shortened form, in order to prevent direct personalisation.
